PRI Dark Fortress Group

Haha! At last, all five of the Dark Fortress inhabitants in PRI!!! season six (and on, and on, and on, and on... LOL GET IT. PBS REFERENCE).

I like how Hellcat came out; her pose leaves something to be desired, but the expression makes up for it.

I really enjoy Hellcat in PRI!!!. She was always a favorite character of mine, but her character was kind of all over the place. She started out a big slut, and then she became a quiet, almost mousy girl who pined in secret for someone who didn't feel the same way.

In PRI!!!, however, she is an angry young woman with an axe to grind. She is under the thumb of her "master", Rei, but this doesn't stop her from smarting off to him and then regretting it later.

She is a tough cookie. I'm still not sure what makes her tick, but I'm enjoying finding out.

Then, there's Selfe. Not much to say except that I like how he looks. Always so serious.

Rei looks possessive here, as he should. He refers to Selfe and Hellcat as "(his) kids", and thinks of them as his property to do with as he pleases. Of course, the sidelong gaze at Astronema indicates that he believes she, too, will be his property before long.

OH REI. WHY YOU GOTTA BE SO SEXY.

Astronema... well, she looks strange. Dammit. I gave her freckles, and she looks young and not all shoujo, and I wanted to make her eyes look spooky, and they do, but she just looks off. Dammit.

Ecliptor looks like Ecliptor. One of these times, I have to draw him DOING something instead of standing there looking like a mannequin.

And, yes, it seems strange drawing this group without Riti. She's still in the Dark Dimension with Rito, Finster, Lisa Menendez, Rita, Zedd, and her parents. And that's a better dynamic than she ever had with Astronema and company.
