End the Farce

Ugggh okay well, the more I look at this, the more I don't like it. It just keeps getting worse. But I'm gonna go with it. It looks much better if you zoom out, though. Wow, I'm still really bad at working in high resolutions.

So... this is tentatively my final project for the intro to graphic design class I've been taking this quarter (and am really gonna miss... ;_. I may tweak a few things, buuuut, this is pretty much how it's gon' be.

Directions were to make a collage. What I did is... kind of all over the place. I found this source photo of a young woman lying on a velvet couch, which I was using as a reference. I ended up using it as part of the collage, and just redrawing the head and the hair.

I really don't have a clue who I have drawn here. I wanted her to have a sort of 1910s- kind of beauty to her, and I think I succeeded at that. But she's no character I know, or have ever used. No, she's seriously not Carol Lowell. I don't know who she is.

As for the stuff all over, yeah. Represents decay and the past and blah blah.

As for the text... so deep, isn't it? What does it mean?! Well, rest assured, I am not quoting Ren and Stimpy or anything bizarre like that. Especially since it would make absolutely no sense whatsoever-- oh wait. That's exactly what I'm doing. -_-
